China Vanke bags the Best Developer of the year award

An elite roster of finalists from Mainland China was honoured at the exclusive regional Grand Final to be held in Bangkok, Thailand. The shortlisted developers competed in 12 categories. China Vanke Co., Ltd. bagged the top award for Best Developer (China).

“This award will introduce China Vanke Co. to the world. We believe that people should see the great developments in China,” the company said.

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, in association with Anjuke, a part of China’s leading online marketplace 58.com, aimed to connect Chinese buyers and investors to the fast-growing Southeast Asian property markets. The accolades were presented at the Grand Final gala dinner of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards held on Friday evening, 9 November 2018 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection hotel, Bangkok in Thailand.
