Key players in real estate development and design across the Chinese territories will go head to head for the coveted Best Developer title, among others, at the 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) on 7 December 2022.
These industry leaders have shown resilience and perseverance. They have demonstrated that they will continue to strive for perfection in their inventions and designs regardless of the difficulties.

Lofter Group Limited earned five nominations, the most overall among the shortlisted companies in Hong Kong and Macau, followed by Henderson Land Development Company Limited with threeAnother developer in Hong Kong and Macau, New World Development Company Limited, received three nominations.
Mainland Chinese developer Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. is nominated for Foshan Huafa Canal City and Guangzhou Nansha Amber Living.
This year’s list of shortlisted nominees includes the country’s top architectural and design practices. Benoy Limited scored two nominations for its projects in Mainland China, plus another nomination in the Hong Kong and Macau categories. Lead8 garnered three nominations for a project in Hong Kong and Macau, plus two nominations for its projects in Mainland China.
Throughout the production of this virtual gala, all parties involved followed the strict protocols enforced by the local governments and the World Health Organisation, ensuring health and safety are always top of mind.
