BANGKOK, Thailand – 02 December 2020
As our series of events come to an end, the country winners of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards programme will compete to nab the highest recognitions across the region at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final virtual edition to be livestreamed on 4 December 2020, 17:00 to 19:00 Thailand Standard Time (GMT +7:00).
To kick off the grandest night in Asia Pacific real estate, we will be the hosting the final series of country awards for Australia, India and Greater Niseko, which will start broadcasting on the same day, from 16:30 to 17:00.
All winning developers and developments, who have claimed their stake to be the most outstanding in their respective categories within each country, will then await their fate at the Grand Final virtual awards presentation.
The virtual format of the gala will bring together the brilliant minds of the industry during such an unprecedented time, with international borders closed and economies under great distress. As the property sector across the region continue to overcome the difficulties brought by the pandemic, our gala commends their innovative ways to market, sell, and produce, without risking the health and safety of anyone.
From an exclusive physical gala with 500 or so developers, press and VIPs, viewers from around the globe will be able to celebrate with us the various achievements of these country award-winning developers projects, and designs.
The 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final virtual red carpet and awards presentation will be broadcasted across several platforms, namely the asiapropertyawards.com/newsroom, and our official Facebook and Youtube accounts.
We also added an integrated live chat feature so developers can communicate with each other and with potential investors. Viewers are also invited to share their congratulatory messages via said feature and across all our social media platforms with the hashtag #AsiaPropertyAwards.
The virtual gala will start with the ‘Virtual Red Carpet’, our pre-show where we introduce the Grand Final jury, watch a short yet insightful clip from our Official Charity Partner Right To Play, and learn more about PropertyGuru’s new innovations.
After all introductions are done, we will hear the regional winners accept their awards via remote video, who will then receive their trophies and certificates days after the event. During the filming of interviews the virtual gala, as well as the distribution of accolades, all parties involved have been and will be required to follow the protocols decreed by the local governments.
