As the Philippines reopens its borders, the country has never failed to ensure the health and safety of locals and tourists alike.
That said, the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards was able to push through with an in-person gala to celebrate its tenth year. The event was held at the ballroom of Fairmont Makati last 7 October 2022 from 17:00 (UTC+08:00).
Shortlisted candidates joined select members of the independent judging panel, sponsors, partners, and members of the media for a physical gala to see who reigned supreme in their respective categories.
The ceremony was also broadcasted live across multiple platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/ and our official Facebook and YouTube accounts. Red Carpet started at 17:45, where we met the independent panel of judges and our sponsors while the gala and awards presentation began at 19:30, which revealed which designers and developers won the most prestigious titles of the event.
The 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards was the second event in the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, which culminates with the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December 2022.
Winners of the 10th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards are eligible to compete for the Best in Asia awards at the series finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
