The winners from 13 property markets go head-to-head as they compete for 47 Best in Asia regional categories at the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, which will be held at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on 9 December. This will be the last event of the series for this year.
The 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final is part of the series of events known as PropertyGuru Week. It kicks off with the ninth edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) on 7 December, followed on 8 December by the latest edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit. The thought leadership platform of PropertyGuru features a high-calibre line-up of speakers and presenters on a wide variety of topics themed around ‘Adaptive Reinvention.’
The 2022 Grand Final will be streamed live on AsiaPropertyAwards.com/tv-podcast/ as well as the programme’s official Facebook and YouTube channels. Registration will start at 18:00 (GMT+7) while the gala and regional awards presentation will begin at 19:30.
Shortlisted nominees will be vying for nine Developer titles, 24 Development titles, and 14 Design titles.
This year’s recipient of the PropertyGuru Icon Award will be Candra Ciputra, CEO of Ciputra Group and president director of PT Ciputra Development Tbk. She previously won the Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year award in 2015.
