MANILA, Philippines — 12 November 2020 

As the Philippines recovers through a series of typhoons during this time, it has been decided to delay the broadcast of the 8th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards virtual gala on Wednesday, 25 November 2020, from 17:30 to 19:00 Philippines Standard Time (GMT +8).

At the much anticipated virtual gala, the shortlisted nominees who were chosen will be recognised not only because of their iconic builds, but also because of their passion in helping improve the quality of life of its residents. These industry leaders have used their platform and resources to help the country through various CSR activities, , helping through catastrophic situations such as typhoons.

And tonight, for the first time in our awards show history, we invite the general public to celebrate their various achievements with us at the virtual gala of the most illustrious night in Philippine real estate.

The 8th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will be multi-streamed across the asiapropertyawards.com/newsroom, as well as the official Facebook, LinkedIn and Youtube channels. The event will commence with a pre-show known as the ‘Virtual Red Carpet’, featuring interviews with the esteemed members of the independent judging panel and event sponsors.

The country’s most exemplary developers will be accepting their accolades through remote video. To ensure safety whilst filming the virtual gala, the crew, staff and nominees were all required to follow stringent health precautions.

This new platform will enable the winning builders, projects and designs to be featured to global viewers, unlike previous events exclusive only to nominees and their guests, as well as select VIPs and press. An integrated live chat feature where nominees and property seekers from all over the globe can seamlessly connect.
