The 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards ushered a new decade of celebrating real estate development and design excellence with a black-tie gala last Friday at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
Kohler was once again the year’s platinum sponsor, bringing over a century of global innovation in luxurious bathroom and kitchen products to the stage.
“At Kohler, our mission is to help people live gracious, healthy, and sustainable lives,” says Maria Veronica Simanjuntak, head of marketing at Kohler. “We are not just building properties; we are building a legacy.” She concluded her address by urging the winners to “keep on innovating, keep on creating great design, and keep on doing great work for our property industry in Indonesia.”
The evening’s success was bolstered by its silver sponsors. Accor contributed its decades of global hospitality expertise, sharing the awards’ goals of raising the bar for quality, sustainability, and innovation. MytePro, also a silver sponsor, empowers developers with its AI- and IoT-powered ecosystem, expanding its global proptech mission into the Indonesian market.
V-ZUG joined as the branded partner, showcasing over 110 years of inspiring household innovation to Indonesia.
Organised by PropertyGuru Group, the awards were also supported by MilikiRumah.com; the official venue, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place; official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; official publicity partner Publicom Communications; media partners Detik.com, Kompas.com, and Top10 Indonesia; and official supervisor HLB.
