The ninth edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau) was the only exclusively livestreamed event in the series. It garnered 59,685 online viewers and 12,000 likes.
This year’s winner of the most sought-after Best Developer (Hong Kong and Macau) title is New World Development Company Limited, who also received the Best Office Development (Hong Kong and Macau) award for 888 Lai Chi Kok Road (NCB Innovation Centre).
Its shared project with Lead8, 11 SKIES, won Best Mega Mixed Use Development (Hong Kong and Macau), Best Mega Mixed Use Architectural Design (Hong Kong and Macau), and Best Mega Mixed Use Interior Design (Hong Kong and Macau).

Lead8 won Best Retail Architectural Design (Mainland China) for Shougang Park Urban Weaving District while Benoy Limited gained two wins for its designs on CRL MixC Qianhai and Benoy Hong Kong Studio.
Lofter Group Limited won in four categories, including Best Boutique Condo Development (Hong Kong) and Best Asset Enhancement Initiative (Hong Kong and Macau) for 181 Sai Yee Street and Two Bedford Place, respectively. One Bedford Place won Best Office Architectural Design (Hong Kong and Macau) and Best Office Interior Design (Hong Kong and Macau).
Henderson Land Development Company Limited also received four awards, including Best Mixed Use Development (Hong Kong and Macau) and Best Clubhouse Interior Design (Hong Kong and Macau) for Baker Circle. It also won Best Condo Development (Hong Kong and Macau) and Best Condo Development (Hong Kong) awards for One Innovale.
Top winners of the Awards in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau will move on to compete with peers in other countries for the honours of ‘Best in Asia’ at the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December in Bangkok, Thailand.
