The hybrid edition of the 7th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards celebrates 71 winners across 56 categories

The best developers and property projects unveiled at the biggest, boldest night in Vietnam real estate 

To celebrate the end of the year and welcome a fresh start after two years of hardship and resilience, the annual PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards programme returns for its 7th edition. Presented by Kohler and supported by Häfele, Dulux Professional by AkzoNobel Paints Vietnam, and Saint-Gobain Vietnam, great developers and projects were honoured at the hybrid gala celebration.  

Alongside an innovative virtual gala broadcast, the programme was hosted at the Park Hyatt Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City on November 26th, to reveal around 71 winners across 56 categories. The awards presentation also premiered on AsiaPropertyAwards.com/tv-podcast and multiple digital platforms, allowing the audience at home to cheer together with those at the exclusive in-person occasion.  

Keppel Land won five gold statuettes at the celebration, including the top award of Best Developer. Taking home the new titles of Best Luxury Developer and Special Recognition for Landmark Development were SonKim Land Corporation and Masterise Homes, respectively. Additionally, top winners of the Developer awards included CapitaLand Development (Vietnam); Danh Khoi Group Joint Stock Company; Hung Thinh Land Joint Stock Company; and National Housing Organization, JSC. 

The Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year title is chosen annually by the editors of PropertyGuru Property Report Magazine to applaud an important figure and their contributions to the industry and society. Honouring his pioneering work in thriving golf communities and generous philanthropic activities during the pandemic, Le Van Kiem, founder and chairperson of KN Group, won this year’s Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year award.  

Van Kiem said: “Our efforts in recent years have now seen validation from an extremely respected name in selecting the standout faces within the Asian real estate scene. This has been an honour and at the same time a valuable assessment that reminds us of the continued efforts we must put in order to live up to our status as one of the pioneers of the Vietnamese real estate business since the 1990s. We promise to strive to always be worthy of the trust and votes that we have received from such a prestigious magazine, one of interest to not just Asia’s real estate scene, but the entire world as they look for investment opportunities within Vietnam.”
