The 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Japan) announce shortlist of nominees
Distinguishing excellent developers, design practices, and portfolio managers from premier Japanese resort destinations
BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today officially announced the companies shortlisted as nominees for the 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Japan).
The 2024 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Japan) will distinguish some of the finest projects and portfolios in Japanese real estate during an exclusive luncheon and ceremony on Friday, 13 December 2024 at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
The shortlist of nominated companies this year encompasses excellent developers, design practices, and portfolio managers transforming Japan’s premier resort destinations. They include ABD Architecture LLC; H2 Life, part of H2 Group KK; Niseko Woodlands Limited; Noforma Design Studio; and Yoichi Dreams. These companies represent remarkable nominated projects such as Alba; Kisin; and Grand Tsuru Niseko.

The independent panel of judges consists of Eddie Guillemette, chairperson of the Awards and CEO of Midori no Ki (MnK); Acme Wu, marketing professional for tourism and destination promotion; Bill Barnett, founder and managing director, C9 Hotelworks; Greg Hough, managing director, Niseko Portfolio and Explore Travel Group; and Minoru Okubo, representative director, ResortPropertyJapan Co., Ltd.
The selection process was supervised by Paul Ashburn, co-managing partner with HLB Thailand, member of HLB International Real Estate Group. The official supervisor is part of the “2024 Network of the Year” winner HLB International, the global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers.
Winners will be eligible to compete later during the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, showcasing Asia’s finest real estate companies at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on 13 December 2024.
