Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao developers gathered at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila to celebrate the Philippines’ top real estate in more than 80 award categories, emphasising cohesive integrated development and sustainability. Winning projects ranged from luxurious high-end condominiums to affordable housing, reflecting the Filipino property sector’s commitment to diverse market needs.
