The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) returned for its 12th edition. The in-person black-tie gala was held at the Shangri-La Singapore ballroom on Friday, 28 October 2022. Registration started at 18:00 (UTC +8).
Shortlisted candidates was joined by select members of the independent judging panel, sponsors, partners, and members of the media for a night to remember — to celebrate the best in their respective categories.
The ceremony was broadcasted live across multiple platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/ and our official Facebook and YouTube accounts.
Red Carpet begun at 18:45 while the gala and awards presentation commenced at 20:00, revealing which designers and developers nabbed the most prestigious titles of the night.
The 12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) is the fourth event in the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, which culminates with the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December 2022.

Michelle Yong, CEO of Aurum Land and CEO and founder of Core Collective, received the Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year award, acknowledging her efforts at transforming and modernising Aurum Land into a true space and business innovator, as well as her contributions to Singapore’s co-sharing economy.
Winners of the 12th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) are eligible to compete for the Best in Asia awards at the series finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
