Consumers stand to win special prizes by choosing the top 10 developers in Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — Organisers of the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty.com.my called on the public to vote for their preferred, most trusted developers.
Consumers can cast their votes for the People’s Choice Awards, honouring the 10 companies that deliver the Best in Trust, Quality, and Value for Money among citizens. By voting for the People’s Choice Awards, Malaysians may recognise and express their support for the developers that have gained their trust as property seekers and strived for industry excellence.
Eligible voters stand to receive e-vouchers from Grab*. The voting period begins on 14 July and ends on 31 July 2023.
Votes are now accepted via AsiaPropertyAwards.com/en/peoples-choice-awards.
Voters may choose from the parent companies of projects that have been shortlisted as nominees to the competitive categories of the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty.com.my. Developers have been carefully shortlisted for their exceptional performance this year in terms of quality of projects, brand reputation, ability to deliver utmost customer satisfaction, and other metrics.
The online voting comes ahead of the Live Judging Days of the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty.com.my from 24 July to 25 July 2023. An independent panel of judges, comprising experts in real estate, design, and related fields, will select the winners of this year’s competitive categories as well as the recipients of several Special Recognition awards.
HLB will fairly and transparently supervise the judging process. The global advisory and accounting network will also independently verify the votes for the People’s Choice Awards.

All winners of the 10th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty.com.my will be presented during a gala dinner and ceremony on 24 November 2023 at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the official venue of the Awards.
Main country winners of the PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty.com.my will advance to the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, presented on 8 December in Bangkok, Thailand. The winners from Malaysia will compete for regional honours against their peers from dynamic property markets across the region.
Established in 2005, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards continue to reward high-calibre work within the industry, encompassing property development, construction, architecture, interior design, and sustainable building practices. The series initially covered Southeast Asia and has expanded over the years to include the region’s dynamic property markets, including Australia, China, India, and Greater Niseko in Japan.
