Rising Star award debuts with Supachoke Panchasarp of Asset Five
New distinction spotlights leaders driving innovation and setting benchmarks for the future of Thai real estate
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Thailand), in partnership with DDproperty.com, has launched a new honour this year: the Rising Star Award. This esteemed title recognises visionary leaders who represent the promise of the next generation, blending entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to contributing to the development of Thailand’s real estate industry.
From family legacy to bold ambition
The first recipient of this honour is Khun Supachoke Panchasarp, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5). Raised in a family deeply rooted in property development, he drew inspiration from his grandfather, the pioneering developer Chokchai Panchasarp. His journey began with early exposure to the industry and evolved into a mission to fill a clear market gap: offering thoughtfully designed luxury residences that emphasise both quality and emotional connection.
Armed with a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Thammasat University and more than two decades of industry experience, Khun Supachoke established Asset Five with a brand philosophy centred on empathy, design excellence, and resident-focused value. His rebrand “A5 Greatness, Inspired by Love” embodies this ethos, driving the company’s ambition to become a leading luxury developer.
Defining projects and industry impact
Under his vision, Asset Five has delivered a series of successful developments:
- VANA Residence Rama 9 – Srinakarin: THB500 million (USD15 million) in pre-sales, fully sold out by 2022
- Tonson One Residence: Pre-sales of THB2.5 billion, with full sales completed by 2024
- CINQ Royal Krungthep Kreetha: Phase one sold out during VVIP launch day, with total sales closed by mid-2025
These milestones underscore his ability to deliver high-value projects that resonate with modern lifestyles. His achievements were also recognised at the Stock Exchange of Thailand Awards 2024, where he received the Outstanding Young Rising Star CEO Award.
Commitment to sustainability and community
Beyond commercial success, Khun Supachoke has made ESG a cornerstone of Asset Five’s strategy. The company’s vision, “A Better Planet for Sustainable Living,” commits to carbon neutrality by 2050 and using 80 percent sustainable materials in all new developments by 2030. Its pilot projects, CINQ Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 and CINQUIÈME Krungthep Kreetha, have set new benchmarks for eco-conscious living.
The company also invests in social initiatives, from donating educational supplies to hosting its annual A5 Run with Love charity event, with all proceeds supporting children’s healthcare.
A Rising Star shaping tomorrow
By honouring Khun Supachoke Panchasarp with its inaugural Rising Star Award, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and DDproperty.com celebrate not only his proven results but also his role in inspiring the next generation of property leaders. His vision for Asset Five reflects a balance of legacy, innovation, and responsibility; values that are set to define Thailand’s property sector in the years ahead.
The prestigious honour will be granted on 12 September 2025, at Dusit Thani Bangkok from 18:00 (GMT+7). Tune in to watch the celebration via the Official Awards channels: asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast, Facebook, and YouTube.
