Renowned developers shortlisted for diverse honours at 8th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards

Outstanding developers prepare for the annual gala celebration in Jakarta

• Sinar Mas Land leads shortlist of nominees with multiple nominations for its projects
• Other top nominees include Agung Sedayu Group; Logos Indonesia; PT Putragaya Wahana, a member of Galeon Group; and Triniti Land
• Setyono Djuandi Darmono, president commissioner and co-founder of Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk, to receive the Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year award

JAKARTA, Indonesia — 26 October 2022

PropertyGuru (NYSE: PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, announced today the companies and projects that will be moving on to clinch national honours at its awards programme in Indonesia.

The 8th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler, will showcase the archipelago’s finest real estate in 52 categories on Friday, 11 November 2022 at The Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta, the official venue of the Awards. The black-tie gala celebration marks the event’s highly awaited return to Indonesia.

Leading the shortlist is Sinar Mas Land with nominations for the renowned developer as well as its projects Enchanté Résidence @BSD City, Grand City Balikpapan, Knowledge Hub @Digital Hub, Latinos Business District @BSD City, and Tanakayu @BSD City. GIIC @ Kota Deltamas, a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land & Sojitz Corporation, is also nominated.

Sinar Mas Land’s joint venture with PT. Bumi Parama Wisesa (NavaPark) Hongkong Land is also nominated in the Developer and Special Recognition categories.

Another top nominee is Agung Sedayu Group with one nomination for the company, in addition to two nominations for its joint ventures with Salim Group: Pasir Putih Residences and PIK2 Sedayu Indo City. Batavia PIK and Pantjoran PIK—both by Agung Sedayu Group & Salim Group, curated by Amantara—are also nominated.

Other top nominees include PT Putragaya Wahana, a member of Galeon Group, with four nominations, and Triniti Land, also with four nominations. PT Logos SEA Indonesia accumulated four nominations while projects by Logos Indonesia gained two nominations.

Setyono Djuandi Darmono, president commissioner and co-founder of Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk, will receive the Indonesia Real Estate Personality of the Year award. The editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine of the Awards, decide the recipient of this honour every year.

The panel of judges conducted an independent selection process supervised by HLB. Wahyu Wibowo, partner with HLB Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan (HLB Indonesia), led the supervisory team, upholding the fairness and transparency of the Indonesia Property Awards.

Main country winners of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards are eligible to compete for the Best in Asia honours at the 17th edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final in Bangkok, Thailand. The finale of the 2022 awards series will take place on 9 December, following the latest edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit, the thought leadership platform of PropertyGuru, on 8 December.
