The five-star luxury development has been the gracious host of the Awards programme for four years now
As the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards celebrates its 8th year of rewarding the finest developers in the country, we are honoured to announce the return of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place as the Official Venue for 2022.
“The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is honoured to be the Official Venue of PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards – part of the regional Asia Property Awards series – for the fourth year. Having the privilege to host such a prestigious event has always been a pleasure for our industry leaders,” said Subin Dharman, the general manager of The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
The development is renowned for its distinct blend of customised boutique hotel style coupled with the feel of a five-star luxury hotel in a cosmopolitan city. Its ballroom has always provided a grandiose backdrop to recognise the crème de la crème of Indonesian real estate.
The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is under The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., which currently operates more than 100 hotels in 35 countries and territories. It is conveniently located next to The Jakarta Stock Exchange, easily accessible from anywhere in the city, and it is perched on top of Pacific Mall and entertainment complex in Sudirman Central Business District.
The hotel comes with a dedicated concierge to provide guests with personalised services, complimentary high-speed internet, five-star dining experiences for all guests at The Club Lounge, meeting spaces, and it boasts the largest hotel ballroom in the country.
In 2022, CNBC has named The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place as the No. 1 Hotel in all of Asia-Pacific for business travel. The award is the result of a thorough survey conducted by CNBC and consumer data firm Statista on more than 10.000 four- and five-star hotels across Asia-Pacific. This recognition adds to numerous awards received by the hotel in 2022, including the ASEAN MICE Venue Standard (AMVS) Award, in which The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place received the highest score out of 55 Major Criteria set by ASEAN Committee. AMVS is known as a prestigious awarding event for countries at the ASEAN level in the category of venues to hold various business needs such as meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions.
