PropertyGuru Philippines Property Award-winning development by Megaworld becomes Olympic medalist’s home

Nesthy Petecio, the country’s first silver medalist in women’s Olympics boxing, will receive a PHP10 million (USD201,426) residential condominium unit in One Lakeshore Drive inside the 11.2-hectare Davao Park District in Lanang, Davao City from tycoon Dr. Andrew L. Tan.
In a statement, Tan’s Megaworld Corporation said the fully-furnished unit is just a little over an hour away from Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, the hometown of the Filipina boxer.
“We are very proud of this huge accomplishment of Nesthy Petecio,” said Atty. Harrison Paltongan, president, Suntrust Properties, Inc., a subsidiary of Megaworld.
One Lakeshore Drive was recognised as “Highly Commended” for the Best Residential Development in Davao during the 2016 Philippines Property Awards. Suntrust Properties, Inc. is an award-winning property development company.
Through Megaworld, Tan also gave a residential condominium unit in Eastwood City to Hidilyn Diaz, the country’s first Olympic Gold Medalist.
