MGM COTAI achieves a GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS title
In April 2019, PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final winner MGM COTAI earns the record for the largest free-span gridshell glazed roof (self-supporting) from the Guinness World Records. It is the first architectural and structural title for Macau, China. Back in November 2017, MGM COTAI collected six honours at the Asia Property Awards, including Best Hotel Development (Asia), Best Hotel Architectural Design (Asia), and Best Universal Design Development (Asia).
