The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards celebrated its lucky 13th edition on 15 August alongside the brightest and boldest names in kitchen, bath, and paint products.
The gala dinner and awards ceremony at Shangri-La, The Fort were made possible by platinum sponsor Kohler and gold sponsor Boysen Paints.
A proud partner with the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards since 2016, Kohler continues to cheer for the finest developers of the Philippines. Through its longstanding partnership with the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, the global leader in designer bathroom and kitchen products encourages the development of exceptional, sustainable real estate throughout the archipelago.
Pio Gutierrez, country manager of Kohler Kitchen and Bath, Philippines, came to congratulate the winning developers onstage.
“Tonight, like previous years, is a golden celebration of boldness,” says Gutierrez. “The projects you have done will now serve as inspiration to others in pushing the boundaries of architecture and engineering, to come up with the next developments that will be the gold and bold standard of design and sustainability.”
With the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, Kohler has lent support to the improvement and diversification of the property sector. In the awards, it has found a platform to promote the quality and livability of built spaces nationwide by lifting up the most innovative, progressive achievements of developers.

This is mirrored in Kohler’s own bold innovations, starting with its first-ever plumbing product: a bathtub transformed out of a cast-iron pig scalder in 1883. Today, its businesses run the gamut from intelligent toilets and refined fixtures to hospitality destinations. Ever the risk-taker, Kohler now offers showers with built-in speakers, catering to the music aficionado in the Filipino property seeker.
As gold sponsor, Boysen Paints also played a pivotal role in making the gala night a rousing success. Committed to honouring real estate excellence, the company is on the same page with the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards as it sets the built environment’s best advocates apart.
Vergel Dyoco, marketing manager of Pacific Paint (Boysen) Philippines, Inc., celebrated with the awardees this year. The company’s presence builds on years of partnership with the awards programme, which has endured through many challenges in the Philippines.
In fact, Boysen Paints strived to make an impact in relief efforts during the pandemic. In 2020, the company began embarking on two major campaigns: the Boysen Bayanihan Covid-19 Response and the EDSA Bus Carousel Project.
Boysen Paints is not just innovating in terms of social impact; it constantly drives change in its products. Lately, the company has curated a stylish palette of paint solutions called the Luxury Collection, aimed at discerning property owners.
The 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards was also a success with the support of official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; official newspaper The Philippine Star; print and online news partner Inquirer Property; official publicity partner Ripple8; media partners Bridges, BusinessWorld, Manila Bulletin, Philippine Daily Inquirer, PhilStar Property Report PH, and Real Estate News PH; and official supervisor HLB.
