In year 2011, Mr. Xu founded a strategic partnership on appraisal & consultation – CAA. it has a strict refinement of business cooperation mechanism and highly efficient & accurate professional support which lead company became the first Shanghai appraisal firm. In year 2014, he founded CAAD, focusing on creating the first integrated professional service platform on real estate appraising– V Appraise. Eddie Ng

Eddie Ng is the Managing Director for Shanghai and East China at JLL, managing the regions’ overall business strategies and structures. Mr. Ng has over 20 years of experience within the real estate industry, and works closely with government organizations, state-owned enterprises, developers both domestic and overseas, as well as financial investment institutions. His past experience is responsible for commercial project consulting, project leasing, sales and tenant representative business. In 2005, he moved to Chengdu to establish JLL’s first branch in a tier-2 Chinese city. Dickson Sezto

He has over 20 years’ working experience in the field of commercial real estate. He obtained a Bachelor of Art degree from Monash University, Australia and a Master’s degree in International Real Estate Programme from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He witnessed the business development in the mainland. He once participated in the urban revitalization and transformation project of the Xintiandi in Shanghai; brought out a new definition to Super Brand Mall when serving as the president of Zhengda Group; gave impetus to the establishment of cooperation institution with the “Blackstone Group” under the Blackstone Fund in order to invest in the mainland commercial stock properties. As an advocate of innovative ideas, he has been invited to participate in the urban planning, actively giving suggestions to government and carrying a strong sense of social responsibility. After the end of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, positive information concerning urban revitalization starts to flow out. He has also included urban revitalization as the only mission of URF Group to liquidize remnant resources and actively create a sustainable new business model in the future.

Benjamin Wood

Benjamin Wood (AIA) received his Master’s degree in Architecture from MIT in 1984. Ben’s first commission in China was Xintiandi, a culturally significant commercial entertainment district in Shanghai renovated from traditional stone-gate architecture (Shi Ku Men). His most significant contribution on a major project outside of China was as the Chief Architect of New Soldier Field in Chicago, home of the Chicago Bears, was named by the New York Times as one of the ten best buildings of 2003. Ben founded the architectural design firm—Studio Shanghai. Together with his partners and a group of excellent architects from all over the world, Studio Shanghai has been committed to the change of urban landscape in China. Right after the successful completion of Shanghai Xintiandi, Studio Shanghai designed a series of commercial, cultural mix-used complex such as XihuTiandi, Wuhan Tiandi among many more.

Victor Y. Yuan

Kristin has over 15 years of experience hotel & real estate development and advisory in Europe and Asia. A decade ago, fate brought her to Singapore, where her assignment was to lead development and asset management in APAC for Club Med and Partner with Portman Investment Pte Ltd. She is now Head of Partnerships – SEA, IWG PLC, the largest operator of flexible office space globally. Kristin is a recognized industry leader and a regular panelist & speaker at hotel & real estate investment conferences, a member of the Urban Land Institute – Hotel Development Council & Women’s Leadership Initiative.

Henry Woon

Henry is the Director leading Atelier Ten (Asia) office in Singapore. As a chartered building services engineer, Henry has extensive experience in both building services engineering and environmental design. He has been leading environmental design and consultancy projects such as Jewel Changi, Marina Bay Sands Energy Improvement projects, Mandai Nature Attraction Masterplan. Prior to moving to Singapore, Henry was based in the London head office and led a series of high profile, award-winning projects across the world including the Iconic Greenhouse in UAE, Meixi Lake Sustainable Building Exhibition Centre in China and TMB Headquarters in Turkey. He specialises in building physics and
high-performance building services design. He often combines environmental design principles and computational simulation capabilities to provide positive influence to the design team and ensure that sustainable design strategies are deployed in the context of practical building and system solutions.

Benedict Andrew Lim

Benedict has more than 20 years of comprehensive real estate management and advisory experience across residential, retail, commercial office, industrial, logistics, hospitality, infrastructure and greenfield development assets across key cities in Asia. Benedict’s professional experience includes real estate advisory work, deal originations, land sale, transaction executions, value-add management, real estate portfolio strategy, fund/asset management, investment/divestment, master development management and building development across Asia.

Wenhui Lim

Wenhui is a partner of SPARK Architects, an international design studio of 100 staff with offices in London, Shanghai, Beijing and Singapore. She studied architecture at the National University of Singapore. Wenhui’s focus is the design direction of the Singapore studio and the graphic language of the global SPARK brand that she has developed and implemented over the last 5 years. Collage, drawing and printing are important techniques of investigation in her design work. She has previously exhibited a collection of her mono-prints at the Art House Gallery in Singapore the proceeds of which were donated to a Singaporean children’s charity.

Bernardus Djonoputro

Bernardus is the Country Head of Deloitte Infrastructure & Capital Projects. He is currently the elected President of Indonesian Association of Urban & Regional Planners. Bernardus active as advisor to investors, corporations, bilateral agencies, as well as central and local governments in Indonesia on financing, infrastructure, PPP and urban projects. His 27 years of professional experience include Managing Partner of HD Asia Advisory, PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, Commissioner of PT Jababeka Infrastructure, and Hawkins Infrastructure Ltd. New Zealand. Bernardus has had extensive experience in senior positions with leading global companies including American Express Bank, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a member of the Advisory Council of APEC Center for Urban Infrastructure Financing at RMIT Melbourne, and Fellow/Faculty at the Salzburg Global Seminar.

Gavin Cox

Gavin has more than 7 years’ experience in the Asian Construction Market, initially working in the UK’s largest contractor in Jakarta. Gavin then gained experience working in Hong Kong working on a major infrastructure project, prior to joining WT Partnership. Gavin joined WTP as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Office Manager for the WT partnership Bali
office in 2013. Gavin relocated to Jakarta and was promoted to position as Director in July 2017. Gavin as gained a thorough understanding of the construction industry in Indonesia and has worked on a variety of iconic projects.

Bagus Adikusumo

Bagus Adikusumo is currently the Director of Office Services, Colliers International Indonesia. With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, one of Bagus’ main objective is to assist building owners exclusively to market their office buildings, whether strata or lease, to local or multinational companies. At the same time, Bagus also manages office tenant representation team in order to assist corporate clients with their commercial real estate requirements. M. Archica Danisworo

Graduated from ITB School of Architecture in 1994, he has since worked professionally for Nikken Sekkei Singapore, PT Airmas Asri and now currently is the Design Director of PDW Architects. During his tenure, he has overseen major projects such as the 111 storey high Signature Tower, Hilton Hotel Bandung, Pacific Century Development Tower, Mori Tower, IFC2 Tower, Senopati Suites Residential and Pluit City Reclamation Project to name a few. He leads PDW Design team for a number of projects abroad in Oman, Dubai, Vietnam and China. He currently sits on the Indonesia Institute of Architects panel board, overseeing the Professional Practice division. Has served jury duty for the Holcim Sustainable Design and the IAI sponsored Situ Cibinong Revitalization Project. ‎Served as guest lecturer at ITB.

Cornelius B Juniarto (Cornel)

Mina Ondang

Mina is a senior member of the Investment team with more than 20 years of experience in the property industry. She is a specialist in commercial property investment, valuation, development consultancy and property market research. She develops Cushman & Wakefield’s investment services focusing on both local as well as international investors. Mina also actively advises developer on the strata title office development. She holds a First Degree in Architectural Engineering from University of Indonesia and an MSc in Property Investment from CASS, London.

Hendra Hartono

For the past 21 years, Hendra has assisted and provided solutions to more than 150 major corporations with 100 of them are fortune 700 companies. Over those years, Hendra has been involved in more than 500 real estate related transactions with a value of over USD 2 Billion. Before joining PT. Leads Property Services Indonesia, Hendra was with PT. Procon Indah, where he served as the Managing Director.
