In year 2011, Mr. Xu founded a strategic partnership on appraisal & consultation – CAA. it has a strict refinement of business cooperation mechanism and highly efficient & accurate professional support which lead company became the first Shanghai appraisal firm. In year 2014, he founded CAAD, focusing on creating the first integrated professional service platform on real estate appraising– V Appraise. This platform leads the build of China’s real estate data appraising standard, providing the finance institutions, government, developers and enterprises an in-depth professional service in the real estate industry.
