Mya Myitzu

Mya Myitzu spent 10 years in the United States attending universities such as University of San Francisco, and Otis College of Design. She went to work at Kelly Wearstler Interior Design in Beverly Hills, and on major projects such as Rothbart Estate in Bel Air, and celebrity homes. Most of her work is accreditted by name in Wearstler’s book “Hue”.

Upon returning to Myanmar, Mya founded M.ID in 2011. Since then, the firm has completed various residential, commercial, office, and F&B projects. She is the driving force of materialising visions for Rangoon Tea House, Rau Ram, Sarana Pun Estate, Yoma Land’s Peninsula Sales Gallery for the Peninsula Residences in Yangon, and the Pansodan restaurant.

Peter Crowhurst

Peter Crowhurst is the Chief Executive Officer of the British Chamber of Commerce, Myanmar an organisation representing 280 -member companies active in the Myanmar market.

As a judge Peter provides 30 years of real estate investment experience gained in London, Hong Kong and China. Initially as real estate development General Manager and subsequently Head of Asset Management, with ING Real Estate Investment Management (part of the Dutch Banking Group) ING based in China and Taiwan.

He was with Yoma Strategic Holdings between 2013-2018 as Head of Asset Management – Real Estate overseeing developments such as Star City and Pun Hlaing Estate.

Madhav Raman

Madhav is an architect and urbanist. He co-founded an architectural practice in partnership with VaibhavDimri after they graduated from the School of Planning and Architecture Delhi in 2001. Andrea Destefanis

Dirk Zschunke

Dirk Zschunke (*1970) studied architecture & urban design at TU Darmstadt & SUNY Buffalo/NY and received his master’s degree in 1999. His career spans over 20 years of professional and academic experiences in Germany, the US & the Netherlands and since 2010 in China. He has worked for industry leading practices such as OMA, KPF or KSP, contributing to a wide range of large-scale public, cultural and mixed-use projects. While teaching at Jiaotong Liverpool University in Suzhou, he joined in 2016 the award winning and internationally operating multidisciplinary design studio IPPOLITO FLEITZ GROUP (ifgroup.org). He is currently running their Shanghai branch office and working on a variety of interior and architecture projects, ranging from residential to commercial and workspace to hospitality.

Pradeep Sachdeva

Pradeep Sachdeva is the principal architect of PSDA Studio based in New Delhi, India. The Studio has an extensive body of work focussing on, public spaces, streets and design of resorts and hotels.

PSDA Studio has designed of India’s well-known public spaces including the iconic food and crafts bazaar – Dillli Haat, and The Garden of Five Senses, both in Delhi, and the Godavari Riverfront in the town Nanded. It is also involved in the planning of heritage and cultural precincts and has prepared master plans for the development of the Jama Masid Precinct in Old Delhi,  Chandni Chowk which is perhaps, the oldest street in Delhi, the Brahmaputra Riverfront at Guwahati, and most recently the Assi Ghat at Varanasi.  

The re-development of Chandni Chowk is currently ongoing and expected to be completed by mid-2020. 

The Dilli Haat at Aurobindo Marg in Delhi won the PATA Gold Medal in 1995. In 2003 it became one of the first public places in the country to be made completely barrier-free for which it was given the National Award for Promotion of Barrier Free Environment , 2005  

Over the last decade the studio has been instrumental in promoting the concept of streetscaping – an approach to designing streets with a focus on walkability, especially providing barrier free-movement for persons with disabilities, facilities of non-motorised transport systems and para-transport systems, the planned inclusion of the informal sector in the streets, and designing the streets for the Indian context.  

PSDA Studio has also designed award winning properties for India’s major hotel companies all over the country. These include the Samode Palace and Samode Bagh at Samode, and the Samode Haveli in Jaipur, the Taj Usha Kiran Palace at Gwalior, the Taj Nadesar Palace at Varanasi, Welcomhotel Amritsar, Samode Safari Lodge near the Bandhavgarh National Park. The hotels draw inspiration from the rich craft traditions, architecture, and history of the surrounding regions. Recently completed and drawing accolades is the Taj Theog Resort and Spa in Himachal Pradesh. 

Numerous high end hotel and resort projects are currently being designed in Bhubaneshwar, Port Blair, Alwar, Agra, Srinagar  etc for leading hotel groups such as ITC Hotels and the Taj Group. 

Jean-Francois Chevance

Jean-Francois Chevance is the Director of Hospitality & Design for Archetype Group. He has worked on numerous projects across Asia since joining Archetype in 2003. With more than 26 years of design experience, including 25 years in South East Asia, Jean-François has earned extensive recognition as an architect, project director and design director from his work on a wide range of projects, from office and residential buildings to large-scale master plans, from hotels and resorts to high-rise buildings and airport facilities.

Alex Crane

Alex started in the commercial and corporate real estate industry in 2003, beginning on the south coast of the UK and working in Vietnam since 2011. Throughout his career, Alex has worked with investors and occupiers across the world, ranging from private individual investors to pension funds, start-ups and multibillion-dollar international companies. He has hundreds of closed transactions under his belt and millions of square meters of space transacted. Having worked for some of the largest real estate consultancies in the world, Alex established a subsidiary office for Knight Frank in Vietnam in 2021 and is responsible for the the day-to-day operation as well as being on the front line of client services working directly on transactions and consulting.

Chau Ta

As the Executive Director, Legal Transaction for SC Capital Partners Group, Chau leads all legal transactions for SC Capital Pan Asia including Australia and Vietnam.

Chau is highly experienced in real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international corporate/commercial law, and has been living and working in Vietnam for 14 years. She launched the first annual AusCham – Vietnam Real Estate Symposium in 2012, now on its 8th year.

IDr. Kathleen P. Obcemea

The Principal Interior Designer and President of KPO Beyond Designs Co. established

in Manila. Although art, ambition, and an early interest in architecture ignited the

interest of Kathe’s design career, it was her spirited nature and approachable,

intuitive aesthetic that ultimately catapulted her to distinction as one of Manila’s

reliable interior designers for residential, commercial, and hospitality. She is also a

favorite go-to interior designer of property owners living abroad, providing them

with turn-key contracts.

Kathe earned her degrees in both Business and Interior Design, and with almost a

decade of industrial engineering work gave her the leverage in fulfilling her goals in
