Jakarta Garden City wins two awards at PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2024
Jakarta Garden City, a city-scale housing (township) developed by PT Mitra Sindo Sukses — a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk. in East Jakarta, won two awards at the 2024 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards.
First, Jakarta Garden City won the Best Township Development award (Jakarta). Second, Vastu @Garden City won the Best Mid-End Housing Development award (Jakarta).
In 2024, PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards 2024 appreciates and awards more than 80 categories, covering companies, designs and projects from the Jabodetabek area to the Greater Indonesia area.
