The latest edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards culminated in a glittering gala dinner and presentation last Friday, 22 September in Manila.
Top brands from the Philippines and around the world such as Kohler, Boysen Paints, and Dongpeng Ceramic came together to bring the 2023 edition of the Awards to a satisfying close.
Kohler returned as platinum sponsor of the highly anticipated occasion, honouring the archipelago’s finest development companies alongside its legendary bathroom and kitchen products. While the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards marks its 11th edition this year, Kohler is celebrating 150 years since its founding in Wisconsin in 1873.
Mary Ann Rabonza, the country manager of Kohler Kitchen and Bath, Philippines, spoke at the annual gala dinner and presentation, which was held for the first time at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
“On behalf of Kohler Company, we would like to congratulate all the award winners,” she says. “This year marks Kohler’s 150th anniversary. We’re a community of creators whose bold actions have inspired change and driven innovation to a better world.”
Kohler continuously aims to elevate everyday moments and set new standards for gracious living with innovative products such as the recent Statement™ and Anthem™ showering collection and the intelligent toilet Numi® 2.0.
Also in attendance at the event was Engr. Vergel Dyoco, marketing manager of Pacific Paint (Boysen) Philippines Inc, who came on behalf of long-time sponsor Boysen Paints.
“Boysen Paints believes in PropertyGuru’s collective recognition of the developer, the development, and the designer in Asia’s dynamic landscape,” he says. “We very much appreciate your comprehensive network and grasp of the property categories, convinced by the diligence of your selection process of nominees and winners.”
Boasting over 70 years of delivering great paint and coating products to developers and builders, Boysen Paints truly added colour to the prestigious celebration as its gold sponsor.
The night would not be complete without the generous participation of silver sponsor Dongpeng Ceramic. Derek Han, the company’s sales director, was on hand to present the Awards.
For almost 50 years, Dongpeng has provided built spaces worldwide with low-carbon, eco-friendly, and customised household solutions such as ceramic tiles and sanitary wares. With a dream to promote Chinese ceramic to the world, the company has found a respected partner in the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.
In addition to Kohler, Boysen Paints, and Dongpeng Ceramic, the 11th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards are supported by official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; official newspaper The Philippine Star; official publicity partner Ripple8; media partners Back End News, Bridges, Business Mirror, BusinessWorld, Manila Bulletin, Philstar Property Report PH, Real Estate News PH, and The Manila Times; supporting association IFC – Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies; and official supervisor HLB.
