The eighth edition of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, the country’s most prestigious real estate awards programme, aired as a virtual gala event and awards ceremony on 25 November over AsiaPropertyAwards.com and partner channels.
The 8th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards gave visibility to the finest development companies in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon as well as homegrown development companies in Visayas and Mindanao.
The glamorous programme celebrated the archipelago’s most exemplary, exceptional developers, projects and designs with the help of several household names in real estate, building, and construction.
A global leader in kitchen and bath products, Kohler was proud to return as platinum sponsor of this year’s PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
“We hope to continue the effort in partnership to accredit these outstanding property owners by providing them a platform to facilitate the sharing of great works and projects within the highly competitive Asia Pacific arena,” said Leo Leong, general manager for kitchen and bath in South and North East Asia.
Boysen Paints, the leading provider of premium, time-tested, quality-proven paint products and construction chemicals in the Philippines, served as a proud gold sponsor of the event.
“The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards provides the perfect platform for us to effectively connect with our customers today and tomorrow,” said Justin C. Ongsue, vice president for operations with Boysen Paints.
Hitachi Elevators and Escalators also lent invaluable support to the programme as gold sponsor. The company, also known as Hitachi Elevator Philippines Corporation, has established a solid reputation in the archipelago for technologically advanced, high-quality, reliable elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks since 1971.
“We aim for a good relationship with existing and potential customers,” said Masahiko Chiba, brand communication department manager for Hitachi Building Systems. Co., Ltd. “Furthermore, another purpose is to raise awareness of Hitachi Elevators and Escalators.”
The 8th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards is supported by platinum sponsor Kohler; gold sponsors Hitachi Elevators and Escalators and Boysen; official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report; official PR partner FleishmanHillard Manila; media partners Balikbayan, Business News Philippines, Hoppler, Inquirer.net, Manila Republic, and MoneySense; official charity partner Right to Play; official ESG partner Baan Dek Foundation; and official supervisor BDO Roxas, Cruz, Tagle & Co.
