Happy One Central triumphant at PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2021
After a rigorous evaluation process from a highly specialised panel comprising of well-known experts, the Central Thu Dau Mot City Smart Apartment Complex – Happy One Central was honoured at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards – PropertyGuru 2021 under the category of “Best Condo Development (Binh Duong)”.
Sharing his feelings about this honour, Doan Van Hoat – general director of Van Xuan Real Estate Group JSC believed it symbolised the enduring efforts from the conception of the project to its introduction. This recognition brought victory and pride to Van Xuan Real Estate Group and all the employees.
