Happy One Central triumphant at PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2021

After a rigorous evaluation process from a highly specialised panel comprising of well-known experts, the Central Thu Dau Mot City Smart Apartment Complex – Happy One Central was honoured at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards – PropertyGuru 2021 under the category of “Best Condo Development (Binh Duong)”.

Sharing his feelings about this honour, Doan Van Hoat – general director of Van Xuan Real Estate Group JSC believed it symbolised the enduring efforts from the conception of the project to its introduction.
