The leading lights of real estate shone bright at the 18th annual edition of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards.
The black-tie gala dinner and presentation ceremony on 17 November drew the who’s who of the property sector. Victorious developers traveled all the way from Phuket, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, Greater Samui, and beyond for a jubilant night at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
The celebration of the Awards enjoyed the support of two longtime sponsors, Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and JLL, with high-ranking execs from the companies in attendance.
Organisers of the Awards were privileged to count Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) as platinum sponsor for another year. Kaori Takahashi, managing director of Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand), came on behalf of the world-renowned Japanese brand and presented several categories of the Awards onstage.
Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) is very proud to be a “driving force” behind great real estate development and architecture in the country, she says.
“We encourage and inspire all parties involved to move forward and harmonise with the diverse needs of our valued customers,” she adds. “We honestly aspire to contribute to sustainable growth, the wellbeing of life, and give back to society. We hope to collaborate on future projects and provide building system solutions to all developers.”
For over four decades, the company has been the Brand of Choice in vertical transportation solutions, covering everything from elevators and escalators to moving walks. Mitsubishi Elevator has rigorous training programs in place for its technicians, specialists, and service engineers, assuring building owners that their elevators and escalators are in the capable hands of professionals. In addition, the company has created groundbreaking maintenance technologies for its products, such as M’s BRIDGE™.
The Awards in Thailand also have the support of JLL as this year’s gold sponsor. Michael Glancy, country head of JLL Thailand, took the stage to present some of the night’s most prestigious categories, including Best Retail Development and Best Office Development.
One of the world’s most ethical and admired companies, JLL is known for its professional services in real estate and investment management. Its teams of experts assist clients in aspects like real estate investment, space acquisition and leasing, property and portfolio management, project design and delivery, technological transformation, and strategic development.
Operating in over 80 countries, JLL is proud to offer the power of a global platform combined with local expertise. The Fortune 500 company is the largest international real estate services firm in Thailand alone, with hundreds of people in its employ.
Aside from Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and JLL, the 18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards were supported by official portal partner DDproperty.com; official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; official publicity partner Infinity Communications; media partners Discover Pattaya, Hot Magazine, Prop2morrow, REm, Terra BKK, Think of Living, and Top 10 Thailand; official beverage partner Fah Mai Holdings; supporting associations British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) and IFC – Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies; and official supervisor HLB.
