The shortlist of nominees for the first annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko) has been announced today ahead of the virtual gala event and awards ceremony on Friday, 4 December.
Also known as the inaugural Japanese edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko) will reward the companies that have succeeded in developing sophisticated, world-class properties in one of the world’s most popular mountain resort destinations.
Niseko Alpine Developments Co Ltd., along with its new project, The Vale Rusutsu, and Temak Treehouse KK have been officially shortlisted to the 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko).
Located in the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido, Greater Niseko is famed worldwide for its powder snow and luxury alpine resorts, supported by a growing number of après-ski establishments.

The 2020 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko) will air as virtual celebrations on AsiaPropertyAwards.com and partner channels including YouTube and Facebook. It will precede the online broadcast of the 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final.
