PropertyGuru and MediaCorp’s virtual real estate event, Exceptional Homes, reveals the most-exclusive insights into luxury living
Since the arrival of the pandemic, we’ve witnessed many industries and businesses suffer from the pandemic. However, the luxury real estate market has thrived as people look to expand their living space to live more comfortably. Particularly seeing that the work-from-home arrangement is here to stay, people seek luxurious homes with greater outdoor spaces, more amenities, privacy, and more.
PropertyGuru has partnered up with Mediacorp, Singapore’s national media network, to organise CNA Luxury’s Exceptional Homes Expo, the largest luxury virtual real estate event.
The expo caters to the rising demand for upscale private property, serving as a guide to luxury living for consumers.
On top of showcasing inspirational properties, consumers also get access to high-end designs and lifestyle trends, as well as professional insights and advice on real estate investment.
Furthermore, a virtual lounge will be provided for attendees to engage in various topics, from high-end property financing to long-term value of sustainable homes.
Guided virtual tours on the private development projects are also available to property seekers, while by-invite virtual engagement sessions will be extended to selected attendees.
This limited, immersive digital experience also offers exclusive webinars and talks presented by luxury experts. Speakers throughout the week include TK, Paul Wee, Baan Dek, Wenhui & Greg, Paul Ashburn, and Jason Pomeroy, some of whom have spoken at the PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit. Designers that have been featured in the Property Report Magazine will also attend the event, such as Viterbo, Chris Godfrey, and a lot more interesting experts in Singapore’s luxury market.
Exceptional Homes marks the first collaboration between PropertyGuru and Mediacorp and will run from November 20 to 28 2021.
“Mediacorp is pleased to mark our first foray into the luxury real estate market with PropertyGuru, as we build on our proven track record in offering innovative content solutions to meet evolving consumer demands. By leveraging the strength of CNA Luxury’s content as well as the wide reach of our omnichannel network, Mediacorp will raise public awareness of the event and offer our partner unprecedented access to a broad base of aspiring and prospective high-net-worth property buyers. We look forward to working with PropertyGuru to empower consumers to make informed decisions on their luxury property investments, while driving digitalisation in the real estate ecosystem as a whole,” said Parminder Singh, Chief Commercial and Digital Officer, Mediacorp.
“We are excited to bring together Exceptional Homes, a bespoke luxury virtual property event for Singapore home buyers in partnership with Mediacorp,” said Jeremy Williams, Chief Business Officer, PropertyGuru Group. “With PropertyGuru’s digital expertise having curated immersive virtual property shows since last year and property market insights combined with Mediacorp’s extensive media network, Exceptional Homes will serve as a platform to help consumers make informed, smarter decisions. We have observed an accelerated demand for the luxury home segment, and this event is well-timed to provide property seekers with one place to find all answers for their luxury home search. This further strengthens our commitment to deliver smart digital solutions and data-driven insights that will benefit the property ecosystem, bringing together home seekers, real estate agents, and property developers.”
