Prince Real Estate Group (“Prince Real Estate”) emerged as the Best Developer and Best Mixed Use Developer at the 7th PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2022, as the prestigious developer clinched two top awards of the year at the gala event held on August 26 in Sofitel Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Prince Real Estate also bagged the top accolade in the Best Mixed Use Development category and was highly commended in Best Mixed Use Architectural Design for its flagship project, the Prince International Plaza. At the same time, One Tropica was honored under the Best Housing Masterplan Design category.
