Arthaland tops off largest multi-certified green office in the Philippines
ARTHALAND, the country’s foremost developer of sustainable and green properties, reaches another milestone as it celebrates the structural topping off of Cebu Exchange, the largest multi-certified green office tower in the country.

Even before its completion, Cebu Exchange is on track to be a multi-certified development, both here in the Philippines and abroad—with several awards to boot, notably, Best Commercial Landscape Architectural Design at the 2019 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.
