This local real estate developer bagged 11 awards at the 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards with the ceremony held virtually on November 11, 2021.
SM Development Corporation (SMDC) took home awards such as the coveted Best Developer (Philippines) and Best Lifestyle Developer for the second straight year.
SMDC was among the winners of the Special Recognition in Sustainable Design and Construction – an award given to developers whose projects utilize environmentally-friendly design features, low-impact material selection, and are assessed to be durably designed and capable of withstanding various lifecycles.
