PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, now invites the general public to nominate their favourites to win the 6th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards. This marked one of four regional wins by Indonesia at the event, which celebrated the finest properties and developers across Southeast Asia, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Sri Lanka, Mongolia and Australia.
Indonesian developer ASTRA Property and Hongkong Land won the coveted regional prize of Best Luxury Condo Development (Asia) for Anandamaya Residences. The Indonesian projects World Capital Tower and Toba Lake Villa at ASYA were also accoladed and given regional titles at the Grand Final.
The new cycle of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards comes amid continued economic progress in the archipelago. Says Doddy A. Tjahjadi, Managing Director of PTI Architects and returning chairperson of the Awards, “Economic growth in Indonesia has been steady for the past 10 years. Indonesia before long will become one of the top 10 largest economies in the world.”
Alongside a central panel of industry veterans and established experts, Tjahjadi will be leading in-depth meetings and site inspections of entries in competition, under the supervision of BDO, one of the largest auditors and accounting firms in the world.
Rumah.com, PropertyGuru Group’s local brand and Indonesia’s leading property website, will support and promote the 6th Annual PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards through its extensive consumer and agent network.
