HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam –– 19 June 2019
The 5th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, presented by Kohler and local partner Oriental Media, have rescheduled its exclusive gala dinner and awards presentation ceremony to Friday, 23 August 2019, set to take place at the InterContinental Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Moving the date has allowed the deadline for the submission of entries to be extended until Friday, 5 July, due to a large number of enquiries from developers. In addition, more sponsors and corporate partners have signed on to support the country’s most prestigious and respected real estate industry honours.
Global brand Hitachi Elevators & Escalators, and luxury mattress distributor LMG have joined the growing list of event sponsors that also include title sponsor Kohler, gold sponsors An Cuong Wood Working and Malloca, and silver sponsors Dulux Professional, Electrolux and VietCeramics. Along with official portal partner Batdongsan.com.vn, official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report, and official supervisor BDO, the following media partners will support the 2019 edition: Vietnam Heritage, Vietnam News, and Forbes Vietnam.
With more than 40 competition categories and special awards, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainable Development, the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards programme acknowledges exemplary achievements in Design and Construction, Building Communities, Customer Care, and Public Facility. Competitive awards will be judged by an independent panel of experts, led once again by chairperson Thien Duong, managing director at Transform Architecture.
The 2019 PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards programme follows the hugely successful 2018 edition, which presented 43 awards to more than 25 companies and public-private entities, including top winners CapitaLand Vietnam, KIEN A Corporation, newcomer Alpha King, and SonKim Land Corporation, which garnered the Best Boutique Developer (Asia) title at the regional 2018 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final ceremony held in Thailand.
“The PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards remain the most trusted platform in the country that educates investors and consumers with choices of the finest properties of the year. We are delighted to return and present our awards to Vietnamese developers this August and welcome more innovative developers and new sponsors to support Vietnam’s fast-growing real estate sector, as they begin their journey to the regional Grand Final ceremony in November to receive further international acclaim,” said PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards director Mr. Jules Kay.
