Organisers of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, the region’s most prestigious real estate honours, named today the recipients of the 2021 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko).
SC Global Developments Pte Ltd was revealed as Best Developer, earning the top accolade of the year. It also garnered four titles for its luxury development Setsu Niseko, including the coveted title of Best Hotel Condo Development (Greater Niseko).
Marumi KK won another coveted honour, Best Resort Housing Development (Greater Niseko), as well as the title of Best Resort Housing Development, for Panorama Niseko. The residential project also won the Best Resort Housing Architectural Design award for design practice ISA Architects Inc.
Dharma Niseko (達磨 ニセコ) by Parry (Group) Property Investment & Development Company Ltd dominated three categories: Best Resort Development, Best Resort Architectural Design, and Best Resort Interior Design. Meanwhile, The Pavilions Niseko & The Ginto Residences by The Pavilions Niseko KK was named Best Mixed Use Resort Development.

This year’s edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko) expanded the programme’s categories to 12, giving representation to exemplary developers and properties in Japan’s premier ski resort destination. Greater Niseko is famed for its powder snow and vibrant après-ski scene that draw holidaymakers and property seekers every year.

The newest edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Greater Niseko) premiered as a virtual gala celebration on various digital platforms, including AsiaPropertyAwards.com and the programme’s official live channels on Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. Highlights of the show will air on the History Channel, the official cable TV partner of the awards.
