RealVantage aims to provide investors with more access to opportunities previously limited by traditional real estate investing
On January 16 in Singapore, the online real estate investment platform RealVantage has officially launched, providing high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and accredited investors access to a vast array of real estate investment opportunities in diverse sectors, spectrums, and countries.
With this platform, they will have an array options to choose from, which were formerly only accessible by larger, institutional investors. Such options include a townhouse development project in Australia, a multifamily asset re-positioning project in the US, or a stable income-generating office space in the UK.
RealVantage, however, offers more than just acquiring offshore portfolios; the platform also enables investors to manage and optimise their investments.
Keith Ong and Mao Ching Foo, the founders of RealVantage, revealed that they were inspired by the idea of utilising technology to benefit aggregate investors so they can have access to more lucrative deals, as well as data that can help them make intuitive investment decisions.
“We’ve always felt there was a gap in offshore real estate investment opportunities for individual investors; most investors will just buy residential units when they venture overseas,” explained Keith Ong, CEO and co-founder of RealVantage.
“There is actually a myriad of investment opportunities that provide good risk-adjusted returns in different property sectors and investment modes. With RealVantage, our aim is to create access to real estate opportunities that fit the investors’ investment horizon and returns objectives.”
“RealVantage allows investors to customise their own portfolio of properties according to their individual risk appetites. Our goal is to ultimately unlock a world of institutional real estate investing for individual investors,” he further added.
