Wide array of finalists announced for the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards

Expert judges and consumers alike determine the finest developers and projects nationwide

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam — PropertyGuru, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, has unveiled this year’s shortlist of companies nominated for its real estate awards programme in Vietnam.

The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Dulux Professional and V-ZUG Vietnam, will recognise the finest achievements in real estate on 24 October 2025 at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City.

This year’s awardees were selected by panels of experts as well as property seekers nationwide. Leading developers, spanning northern and southern Vietnam, are poised to bring home the gold in categories recognising a wide array of residential, commercial, and township developments, in addition to outstanding ESG practices.

The 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards will also include the presentation of the inaugural People’s Choice Awards in Vietnam, honouring the nation’s three finest developers as determined by consumers.

The shortlisted nominees were selected by an independent panel of judges composed of Thien Duong, chairperson of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards and general director, GroupGSA Vietnam; Chau Ta, managing director, head of legal – transactions, SC Capital Partners Pte Ltd.; David Jackson, principal and CEO, Avison Young Vietnam; Freek Jansen, branch manager SEA, Dewan Architects and Engineers; Hang Dang, managing director, CBRE (Vietnam) Co., Ltd.; Jack Nguyen, Vietnam CEO, InCorp Vietnam; Jean-Francois Chevance, group director of hospitality and design, Archetype Group; and Mauro Gasparotti, director, Savills Hotels APAC.

An independent panel of experts in Hanoi also took part in the selection process: Andras Germ, general manager, Astra; Douglas Lee Snyder, executive director, Vietnam Green Building Council; Nguyen Hoai An, senior director – Hanoi branch, the branch of CBRE (Vietnam) Co., Ltd in Hanoi City; Tran Quynh Trang, director, Sapphire Indochina; and Tuan Pham, director and head of Hanoi office, Avison Young Vietnam.

As official supervisor of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards, the team of HLB International Real Estate Group, led by Paul Ashburn and Sakanphon Fueangwong, maintained the programme’s reputation for fairness, transparency, and credibility.

Top winners of the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards will compete for the Best in Asia titles at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 12 December 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.
