Who won at the 2018 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia)?

What an evening to remember!

Last night’s PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) gala dinner, presented by Kohler, recognised more than 20 companies and entities as Winners or Highly Commended recipients in an exclusive ceremony held at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur’s grand ballroom. The black-tie event was attended by around 350 guests.

LBS Bina Group Berhad took the top prize for Best Developer – its first major title win in the programme – in addition to Special Recognition in Sustainable Development and CSR (corporate social responsibility).

Multiple winners include boutique developer OCR Group of Companies, and the Kuala Lumpur City Hall, which collected two special awards in a new category for Public Facility.

UEM Sunrise Berhad took the Best Mixed Use Development trophy and a special award for its managing director and CEO, Anwar Syahrin Abdul Ajib, who was honoured as the 2018 Malaysia Real Estate Personality of the Year by PropertyGuru Group CEO Hari V. Krishnan, the programme’s keynote speaker.
