MANILA, Philippines — 4 November 2021
As the Pearl of the Orient Seas prepares to open up its borders to international travellers and the overall sentiment of the property market has started to improve, the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards—the biggest and most respected real estate awards programme in the region—is back to present the second virtual edition of the 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards on 11 November 2021 at 17:30 (GMT +8).
Though the past couple of years proved to be quite a challenge to the industry, the shortlisted candidates for this year exhibited their resiliency and determination as they pushed forward with their projects, meeting the new demands of the users and keeping quality top of mind throughout the entire process.
As with last year, we are inviting the general public to join us as we grant a series of Design, Development, and Developer Awards to the crème de la crème of the Philippine real estate sector. The virtual presentation will also demonstrate their unwavering commitment to sustainability, CSR, and ESG as we acknowledge their dedication through our Special Recognition Awards.
We will also be presenting our most coveted awards of the night, including the Best of Philippines, the Real Estate Personality of the Year, and the Best Developer Philippines accolade.
The 9th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards will be livestreamed on asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/, as well as our official Facebook and Youtube channels. The event will begin with a pre-show or what we dub the ‘Virtual Red Carpet’, which features interviews with the esteemed members of the independent judging panel and event sponsors.
The Winners and Highly Commended recipients will accept their awards through remote video. All involved parties during the filming will comply with vaccination protocols and abide by safety precautions.
Similar to our series of successful virtual galas last year, this new platform will showcase the winning builders, projects, and designs to global viewers, unlike previous events exclusive only to nominees and their guests, and VIPs and press.
The Property Guru Asia Property Awards’ official website will also have an integrated live chat feature where nominees and property seekers from all over the globe can chat with each other and offer their congratulatory messages.
The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards 2o21 is supported by platinum sponsor Kohler; gold sponsor Boysen Paints; official cable TV partner The History Channel; official magazine PropertyGuru Property Report; official PR partner FleishmanHillard; media partners Hoppler, Manila Republic, Presello, RealEstateNews.PH, and The Manila Times; supporting association Asia MarTech Society; official charity partner Right To Play International; official ESG partner Baan Dek Foundation; and official supervisor HLB.
