HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam — Vietnam’s most celebrated names in real estate gathered at the Gem Center for the 11th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2025, recognising exceptional developments, designs, and individuals across nearly 70 categories.
Celebrating a new era of recognition
This landmark edition introduced the first-ever People’s Choice Awards, giving property seekers nationwide a chance to vote for the developers they trust most. A night of elegance and artistry

Adding to the evening’s atmosphere was a captivating musical performance by Thuy Dung, the country’s newest muse of French music. Her soulful renditions brought a touch of Parisian romance to the stage, enchanting guests and lending the ceremony a graceful blend of culture and celebration.
Top honours for innovation and sustainability
