2026 Indonesia edition of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards opens for entries, unveiling new categories shaped by market strengths

JAKARTA, Indonesia ― The 12th edition of the PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards programme officially launches with the Asia Connect: Indonesia CEO & Leaders Forum 2026, held at The Westin Jakarta.

The invitation-only forum gathered senior industry figures, government officials, leading developers and award winners for a high-level discussion on resilience, sustainability, and innovation in real estate across the Indonesian archipelago.

Asia Connect: Indonesia CEO & Leaders Forum marked the official launch of the 2026 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, which will celebrate the finest real estate in Indonesia at the highly anticipated gala dinner and ceremony on Friday, 13 November 2026 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.

Entries are now open. Key dates for the 2026 edition are:

  • 4 September 2026 – Entries Close
  • 14 September to 8 October 2026 – Site Inspections
  • 13 November 2026 – Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony in Jakarta, Indonesia
  • 11 December 2026 – Regional Grand Final Gala Dinner in Bangkok, Thailand

Connectivity, urbanisation, and digitalisation

The 12th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards opens as the property market continues to benefit from growing connectivity, urbanisation, and digitalisation across the world’s fourth most populous country.

Public officials and real estate industry leaders convened to discuss these issues and more at the Asia Connect: Indonesia CEO & Leaders Forum. Speakers included Kristiyanto, Policy Analyst, Ministry of Finance; Oktavia Asril, Head of Sub-Directorate Partnerships and Institutional Affairs, Ministry of Public Housing; Selamat Riyanto Hasiholan, Investment Governance Manager, Ministry of Investment; Marine Novita, proptech strategist; Adhiguna Sosiawan, CMO and director of architecture of MAS Group; Deliani Siregar, deputy director of ITDP Indonesia; and Doddy A. Tjahjadi, managing director of PTI Architects.

Reflecting the market’s evolving strengths, the 2026 PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards introduces several categories including Best Condo Developer and Best Housing Developer in the Developer awards; the Best First Home Development category in the Residential awards; and Best Green Township Development, Best Wellness Hospitality Development, Best Transit Hotel Development, and Best Factory / Warehouse Development in the Commercial awards. Other new titles include Best Marina Development, Best Landmark Development, Best Sales Gallery Interior Design, Best Landmark Design, and Best Flexible Work Space.

Such additions ensure the programme continues to recognise a broad spectrum of excellence in Indonesian real estate.
