Top developers vie for the 18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards
The country’s longest-running real estate awards programme selects stellar nominees from coast to city and countryside
BANGKOK, Thailand — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, has announced the shortlisted companies heading to the gala celebration of the 18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and supported by gold sponsor JLL.
The kingdom’s outstanding developers will contend for honours in 64 categories, representing the Gold Standard of real estate in the country.
Established in 2005, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards remain the longest-running real estate awards programme in the country. The highly anticipated 18th edition of the annual celebration will take place on Friday, 17 November 2023 at The Athenee Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
Habitat Group Co., Ltd. is the year’s most nominated company, with 10 nods spanning a variety of Developer, Development, and Design categories. The company is nominated five times for its project Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya, along with two nominations for the project Highland Park Pool Villas Pattaya.
Kingbridge Tower Company Limited (Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited) has five nominations for its project Kingbridge Tower. Phuket9 is also competing in five categories, with nominations for its projects Rawayana and VIPKaron.

PNP Real Estate Co., Ltd. received five nominations as well, including those for its project La Felice Villa Hua Hin. Sammakorn Plus Company Limited received three nominations for the project Park Heritage Pattanakarn while Sammakorn-JV1 Company Limited obtained two nominations for the project Barnyard Khaoyai.
The Em District Co., Ltd. also gained two nominations, including a nod for its new retail project, The EmSphere Shopping Complex, the latest phase of the popular shopping district in Phrom Phong that includes Emporium and EmQuartier.

Thongma Vijitpongpun, executive vice chairman of the board of directors, Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, has been named Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year winner by the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine. He is being honoured for his leadership in housing development as well as innovations in the fields of prefab and precast construction technology, among other achievements.

Main country winners of the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards will be eligible to compete in the 18th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on Friday, 8 December, also in Bangkok, Thailand. The selected winners will contend for the ‘Best in Asia’ regional honours against their peers from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam, as well as Australia, India, Japan and China.
