This year’s PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards was held as an in-person gala in celebration of its eighth year, at the Gem Centre in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) on 21 October 2022. Registration started at roughly 17:00 (UTC +07:00).
Shortlisted candidates was joined by select members of the independent judging panel, sponsors, partners, and members of the media for a physical gala to see who reigned supreme in their respective categories.
The ceremony was broadcasted live across multiple platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/ and our official Facebook and YouTube accounts.
Red Carpet commenced at around 17:45 and the gala and awards presentation at 19:00, revealing which designers and developers will win the most prestigious titles of the event.
The 8th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards is the third event in the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series of celebrations, which culminates with the 17th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 9 December 2022.
With 10 nominations, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation emerged as one of the year’s frontrunners, buoyed by six nods for its condominium project Cadia Quy Nhon.
Keppel Land also gained 10 nominations, including those for Celesta Avenue and Celesta Heights, two of its joint ventures with Phu Long Real Estate Corporation. The company was also nominated for The Infiniti.
Joseph Low, president of Keppel Land (Vietnam), accepted the golden statuette for the 2022 Vietnam Real Estate Personality of the Year award, just one of 71 categories to be presented at the gala celebration.
Winners of the 8th PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards were eligible to compete for the Best in Asia awards at the series finale in Bangkok, Thailand.
