The PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards returned for its 17th edition in the form of an in-person, black-tie gala at The Athenee Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on Friday, 25 November 2022.
Forty-one companies have been shortlisted and went head-to-head in 56 categories, including awards that have never been presented such as Best Mega Mixed Use Development and Best Pet-Friendly Residential Development.
The ceremony was broadcasted live across multiple platforms, including asiapropertyawards.com/tv-podcast/ and our official Facebook and YouTube accounts. Registration began at 17:00 (UTC +7) while the gala and awards presentation started at 19:30.
SC Asset led with seven nominations, spanning the Developer, Development, Design, and Special Recognition categories while AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited followed with five nominations.
Meanwhile, Sammakorn Plus Company Limited and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (FPHT) had four nominations each.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Kessara Thanyalakpark, managing director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, received the Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award virtually.
The regional panel judges consisted of architect Alan Whitley; Bobby Birt, managing director, Samui Island Realty; Bobby Brooks, founder, director, and advisor director, Bobby Brooks Property Advisor Co. Ltd.; Clayton Wade, managing director, Premier Homes Real Estate; George Willoughby, managing director, Form Realty Thailand; Mesa Wongsida, managing director, North Shore Property Co., Ltd.; Piti Suebwonglee, managing partner, Attorney Expat Pro Law; Robert Krupica, partner, Hughes Krupica; Russ Downing, managing director, Hot Hua Hin Co. Ltd.; and Sirikwan Tan, senior associate, Hughes Krupica Consulting Co., Ltd.
Winners of the 17th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards are eligible to compete for the Best in Asia awards at the series finale in Bangkok, Thailand on 9 December 2022.
