The full winners list: PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) 2018

It was Singapore’s time to shine – and shine it did!

For its eighth year, the country’s premier real estate event went a notch above rewarding the year’s finest properties and developers. The event honoured the industry’s most promising male and female leaders, smartest and most sustainable projects, and outstanding public facilities.

The gala dinner held Friday at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Marina Bay Sands saw Qingjian Realty walking away with eight golden statuettes and four commendations — among them the highly coveted Best Developer title. “We build for the future,” the company said upon accepting the top honour.

Qingjian took home some of the night’s newest categories, including Best Smart Building Development, Special Recognition for Customer Care, and Best Residential Green Development.

UOL Group also garnered a few gongs including the new Special Recognition for Design and Construction, as well as industrial developer LOGOS.

Terminal 4 of the Singapore Changi Airport won the Special Recognition for Public Facility alongside the Learning Forest @ Singapore Botanic Garden.

SingHaiyi’s Celine Tang accepted the title of Singapore Real Estate Personality of the Year after an introduction by PropertyGuru Group CEO Hari V. Krishnan. She’s the first female recipient to do so in the awards’ eight-year history.

A total of 30 golden statuettes were handed out at the exclusive ceremony presented by Kohler. See the full list of award recipients below:
