The 12th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards recognise Central Luzon’s finest developers
PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today celebrated the Philippines’ top real estate achievements at the 12th Annual PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Boysen Paints and Dongpeng Ceramic.
This year’s awards underscored the growing prominence of Central Luzon, a region experiencing an upswing in development, fueled by infrastructure projects and rapid economic progress. Developers from Central Luzon joined their counterparts from across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, to celebrate an evening of recognition, with over 80 award categories presented.
