The 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards distinguishes shortlist of nominees
The archipelago’s top developers and joint ventures advance to November gala, with more than 60 marks of excellence to be presented

JAKARTA, Indonesia — PropertyGuru Group, Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, has announced the shortlist of nominees competing for top distinctions at the 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards, presented by Kohler and supported by Accor and MytePro.
The prestigious black-tie gala dinner and awards ceremony will be held on 21 November 2025 at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, where the archipelago’s finest real estate achievements will be accoladed in more than 60 categories.

The 11th PropertyGuru Indonesia Property Awards will also celebrate the industry’s foremost leaders with a series of individual accolades. This year’s honourees are Soetjipto Nagaria, founder of Summarecon Group, who will be presented with the Life Achievement Award; Alvin Gozali, president director of PT Putragaya Wahana-Thamrin Nine, who will be celebrated as Real Estate Personality of the Year; and William Liusudarso, president director of Easton Urban Kapital, who will be recognised as the Rising Star.
The Special Recognition for Public Facility award also returns, recognising JPM Dukuh Atas by KSO WBVF – PT Integrasi Transit Jakarta as one of Indonesia’s most significant recent infrastructure projects.
An independent panel of judges arrived at this year’s shortlist of nominees: Doddy A.
