The 11th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty unveil companies to be honoured at Kuala Lumpur gala
Expert judges and Malaysian consumers distinguish winners in nearly 60 categories, recognising achievements in development, design, sustainability, and more
KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia — PropertyGuru Group (NYSE:PGRU), Southeast Asia’s leading property technology company, today named the companies advancing to its real estate awards in Malaysia.
The 11th PropertyGuru Asia Awards Malaysia in partnership with iProperty will bring together the best and brightest developers, architects, and industry leaders during ceremonies at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur on Friday, 25 October 2024.
Supported by Malaysia’s leading property portals, PropertyGuru.com.my and iProperty.com.my, this year’s awards comprise 58 diverse categories, recognising excellence not only in development and design but also areas such as carbon efficiency, social impact, and sustainable design. The prestigious golden statuettes will also be presented to winners of the People’s Choice Awards, returning this year to honour Malaysia’s top 10 companies as voted for by consumers and residents in the country.

The official supervisor is part of the “2024 Network of the Year” winner HLB International, the global network of independent professional accounting firms and business advisers.
As the official balloting partner of the People’s Choice Awards, HLB Ler Lum Chew – HLB Malaysia was also entrusted with maintaining the integrity of the public voting process and independently verifying the results.
Winners may be eligible to compete at the 19th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final on 13 December 2024 in Bangkok, where they will vie for Best in Asia awards against peers from all over the region.
