Singapore’s finest developments shine at 15th PropertyGuru Awards
Annual celebration spotlights innovation, leadership, and resilience in real estate
SINGAPORE, Singapore — The 15th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Singapore) celebrated the nation’s leading developers, projects, and design innovators at a glittering gala dinner organised by PropertyGuru Group. The event recognised the continued strength and creativity of Singapore’s property market amid evolving consumer demand.
Supported by gold sponsor Mitsubishi Electric Asia, the awards programme was also backed by official portal partner PropertyGuru.com.sg; official magazine Property Report by PropertyGuru; media partners D+A Magazine, Gazet International, SquareRooms Magazine, Tatler Asia Homes, and Top 10 Singapore; supporting association Singapore Institute of Estate Agents; and official supervisor HLB.
Recognising the best of Singapore

The Best Developer (Singapore) award went to City Developments Limited (CDL), a recognition of its ongoing impact on the country’s built environment.
This year’s Best Condo Development (Singapore) was awarded to Upperhouse at Orchard Boulevard by UOL Group Limited and Singapore Land Group Limited, while University Road Developments by Jean Yip Developments took home Best Housing Development (Singapore).
These top honours underscored the Awards’ commitment to celebrating design integrity, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence across residential segments.
Celebrating leadership and vision

The programme also acknowledged the industry’s most influential figures.
- Chia Ngiang Hong, Group General Manager of City Developments Limited, received the Life Achievement Award for his decades of leadership and contributions to Singapore’s real estate industry.
- Soon Su Lin, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Singapore, was honoured as Real Estate Personality of the Year for her strategic direction and commitment to innovation.
- Oliver Siah, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fraxtor Group, received the Rising Star Award, marking his growing influence in digital real estate investment.
A platform for progress

The 15th edition introduced new categories that reflect Singapore’s evolving property landscape, recognising the sector’s agility and forward-thinking spirit. The night reinforced the city-state’s position as one of Asia’s most progressive and competitive real estate markets.
