Selaman Sdn Bhd’s family- and community-oriented offerings pique homebuyers interest

For more than 30 years Selaman Sdn Bhd has been successfully developing residential and commercial projects across the Malaysia peninsula. To date, the firm, which was founded in 1977, has handed over more than 2,000 units, many of which have been in the central Selangor region.

In recognition of the firm’s steadily increasing nationwide reputation, Selaman recently celebrated its debut appearance at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia) with a win in the Best Cluster Brownfield Development (Central) category for its latest residential development Karya Residensi.

The 161-unit freehold landed project, which features a variety of two-storey terraced properties targetting first-time buyers, professional couples, families, and multi-generational households, piqued the interest of the Awards’ independent panel of judges for its spacious layouts, community-orientated landscaping, and convenient location.
